We use a small number of third-party companies to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. They include: database and authentication infrastructure (Supabase), web hosting (Vercel), transactional email (Resend), and push notification delivery (Apple APNs, Google FCM).
We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Alavii, our users, or the public.
In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may transfer as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@alavii.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not charge for these requests and will not discriminate against you for making them.
You can manage push notification settings at the operating system level at any time.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@alavii.com and we will delete it promptly.
Users between 13 and 17 may use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and cryptographic password hashing. No system is completely secure; if you discover a security issue, please contact privacy@alavii.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
